Are you looking to learn more about the nature and symptoms of stress and find ways to recognise and manage stress in yourself and others? Then this practical and interactive online workshop is for you.
By the end of the introductory workshop you’ll be able to identify the main physical, psychological and behavioural symptoms of stress and and have tools/strategies at your disposal to help manage stress and continue your wellbeing journey.
My Approach
We’ll work together and support each other as a group, we’ll have some fun and I’ll give you some practical tools to use. Then it’s about practice, practice and more practice.
